25/04/2022

E&I researcher and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow Linn Kretzschmar joins CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research as a Knowledge Transfer Officer.

Linn joined E&I in 2017 as part of EASItrain. EASItrain is an Innovative Training Network under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions program (funded by EU’s Horizon 2020). This program facilitated the exchange of industry, universities, laboratories and test-facilities in order to innovate and train young scientists and engineers in all aspects related to applied superconductivity. During her time at EASItrain, Linn was in charge of several technology transfer projects for CERN. She now proceeds her work on-site in Geneva, while continuing her PhD at E&I.

Keep accelerating science, Linn!
