sales increase of 3% through the introduction of a semantic product search - impressive! And just one of many examples presented by Christof Kastner, Managing Partner of the Kastner Group, this week at our guest lecture series Praxisdialog Handel und Marketing.

Kastner also shows how consistent innovation can become a competitive advantage in e-commerce: In addition to its own successful online stores, the company also operates brand stores for well-known brands - or supports them with e-commerce-as-a-service solutions. Artificial intelligence, robotics, predictive analytics - technologies that been implemented for years at Kastner.

Our students were impressed by how a traditional Austrian company can not only keep pace through continuous transformation, but also take on a pioneering role.
