Final Presentation for Denns Bio App

Over the course of one semester, a team of Student Consultants worked on a project for Denns focusing on the adoption and acceptance of the Denns Bio App. The project not only explored customers’ experiences with the app and the factors driving its usage, but also examined existing barriers and ways to encourage current non-users to adopt the app.

To generate meaningful insights, surveys were conducted with both app users and non-users across 15 Denns stores. In addition, store employees were included in the research, as they play an important role in promoting and supporting app usage. The project was further complemented by a structured observation of app communication and app usage within the stores.

In June, the team presented the results to the client, including Oliver Dobbs, CEO, and Lukas Niedoba, CMO at Denns Bio Markt Austria. In addition to receiving highly positive feedback for their excellent work, the students were also rewarded with generous goodie bags as a token of appreciation.
