Department Appreciation Day & Onboarding of new Colleagues

At this year’s Department Appreciation Day (DAD) on 7 October, the Department of Management celebrated the achievements of recent years, with a special focus on the accomplishments of junior colleagues. We took part with a poster of our own, presenting our milestones, current projects, and goals for the next five years. The day was also the perfect occasion to now officially welcome three new members to our team:

Dr. Claudia Kitz joins us from the University of Groningen (NL) where she worked as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Psychology and joins the team as an Assistant Professor (Postdoc).

Vera Degenbeck (MSc.)  starts as a doctoral student. She was previously a research associate at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where she studied leadership and well-being.

Ferdinand Ewerth (MSc.)  also joins as a doctoral student. He completed his master’s degree in Psychology of Individual Differences at the University of Edinburgh.
