Eleven executives from Austrian educational organizations gathered in the "Wienerwald" from September 25 to 26, 2025, to engage in intensive discussions on leadership and current challenges. Under the guidance of Paul Rameder and Julia Rappich, the focus was not only on personal development but also on collaborative learning.

The content and objectives were as follows:

• Further development of personal leadership skills (e.g., team and personnel management)

• Ongoing reflection on one's own visions, goals, and plans

• Feedback from peers on one's own leadership behavior

• Sharing and utilizing experience and practical knowledge with peers

• Exploring and, if necessary, developing opportunities for cooperation between projects/initiatives
