Skill Session: Relaxed eyes, calm mind

Do you sometimes have tense or burning eyes? You want to have more headspace for studying with focus, but your mind is busy with other situations? 

ContextIn this skill session, we will together use practices to become more aware of our headspace, not just mentally but physically. The intention is to show you ways to let go of unnecessary efforts (tensions) so you can take in information with more ease.

  • Embodied practices to relax eyes and let go of tension in the head
  • Exercises to connect the left and right brain hemispheres
  • expanding your field of vision
  • strengthening your embodied self-awareness
