Group Advisory Meetings and Workshops

Note: At the scheduled times of the group meetings, you can join the call and participate in the info session online (see Microsoft Teams link above). Please check in advance for the exact times and topic.

Hybrid meetings are held in room LC.4.358 (4th floor, International Office, LC Building) and via Microsoft Teams.

The International Office organizes group advisory meetings and workshops to provide students with information on exchange-related topics. According to the preference of the participants, advisory meetings can be held in German or English language. Our group advisory meetings are the perfect opportunity to learn more about an exchange semester or an international short program.

Group advisory meetings for bachelor's students

  • Target group: Bachelor's students who are interested in a stay abroad

  • Location: LC.4.358 (4th floor, LC building) and MS Teams (please see note above)

  • Time: 2:00 - 3:00pm

Group advisory meeting for International Short Programs (ISPs)

Students interested in an International Short Program (ISP) can obtain information during these sessions. At the meetings, general and specific questions about the offer of ISP programs can be asked.

Workshops

In cooperation with other WU units, the International Office offers workshops. The offered sessions support students in writing a motivation letter, in finding a suitable Erasmus+ internship abroad or in the mental preparation for a longer stay abroad.
