The program fee can be paid by:

• International bank transfer. The bank account details will be included in the acceptance email. Please note: The fee must be paid free of any bank charges to be paid by the recipient. Please make sure to pay any transaction fees your or our bank may charge. If you fail to cover any bank charges you will be asked to pay the missing amount during your stay in Vienna.

• Credit card payment. Details will be included in the acceptance email.

Successful applicants will receive an acceptance letter via email with detailed information on the applicable participation fee and the payment process. The fee must be transferred to our WU account within the time frame stated in the acceptance email. If WU has not received payment after expiration of this period, your place will be offered to other applicants. If there should be any delays please contact the ISU^wu team.

If your home university is a WU partner university, you can be officially nominated as part of the bilateral exchange agreement by your home university by March 15. 
In case of successful nomination by your home university, you are eligible for the exchange student fee (program fee only).

If your home university is a WU partner university, but does not officially nominate you, you are eligible for the non-exchange student fee (program fee plus reduced tuition).

If your home university is not a WU partner university, you are eligible for the freemover fee (program fee plus full tuition).
