Do you spend a lot of time thinking that you should be studying, but efffectively end up spending very little time learning? Is your head quickly drifting off to other subjects and is it difficult to stick with your study goal of the day? Do you believe that others struggle less when it comes to studying? Then this workshop is an opportunity for you to question your patterns with regard to studying.

In this workshop, you have time to learn about your individual learning patterns. You can become more aware of obstacles and hurdles to overcome. Get inspiration for viable strategies and techniques for effective learning.

Christine Leitl-Kovacic is head of the Student Counseling Team. After studying psychology, she trained as a clinical and health psychologist and emergency psychologist. As an embodiment coach, she works on the topics of stress prevention and resilience using body-oriented and breathwork techniques.
