The Skills Lab is a space for one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone your Meta Skills to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextOur breathing and stress patterns are closely linked. Through our breath we can influence our autonomic nervous system, which regulates our stress response. Thus, we can actively do something to be able to shift back to calm when we use our breath consciously. This Skills Lab is a possibility to learn short, effective breathing practices that can support you in stressful situations.
Skills & Goals
  • 3-4 breathing practices for different contexts
    incl. Coherent Breathing
  • Short inputs which breathing parameters you can observe to influence your stress level
  • Learning how to quickly shift out of stress mode
Please bring...... a yoga mat, if possible. All practices can be done sitting, but some are more effective lying down.
