Shoulder-Neck-Relaxation-Sessions

In these two hours you have the opportunity to get a shoulder and neck relaxation session. Grinberg practitioners will be on site to work with you. You can learn how you hold tension in your body and how you can learn to let go of it through paying attention to your body.

It looks relaxing, right?!. It really is!

The Student Counseling Team will also be there and looks forward to conversations with you and learning what’s on your mind.

ContextBeing a good student requires focus. When concentrating, sitting and listening a lot, it can easily happen that you’re unaware of maintaining (unhealthy) postures for a long time that can lead to (chronic) tensions.Becoming aware of extra efforts you hold in your body and being able to let go gives you more energy, awakeness and joy ... all of these qualities are extremely helpful to make studying fun and successful..
