Simple Breathing Practice (breathing into the sides of the ribs)

[Translate to English:] Rippenatmung

How it's done:

  • Put your left hand on your right upper rib cage, abnd
    your right hand on the lower right rib cage

  • Take relaxed and full breathsannt so that the upper and lower ribs move in synchronicity

  • 1-2 minutes per side

  • Ater each side, take a moment to sense your your torso feels now

This exercise supports:

  • Calm and relaxation

  • Connection of the breathing cavities

  • a natural sitting position with out effort
