Multichannel strategies for LIBRO


After an exciting semester, the final report of our Retail Marketing Consulting project on "Customer Expectations and Success Factors in Omni-Channel Management" is ready. This week, the results were presented to Mag. Ulrike Kittinger, head of eCommerce, CRM and Marketing at LIBRO.

The students of the Consulting course have shown particular creativity and flexibility this semester, given that they had to master several challenges during the fourth wave of the Covid-pandemic. For example, fieldwork (including mystery shopping, surveys at the POS and in-depth interviews) had to be carried out within a few days before the lockdown in November.

The effort paid off and we could gain exciting insights concerning the positioning of LIBRO in the omni-channel world.

We would like to thank our client LIBRO for the interesting task. The goodie bags will be much appreciated by our students!
