Key account management from a practical perspective


It is always nice to welcome graduates back to WU. As a guest lecturer on the "Retailing & Sales" course in the Master's programme, Michael Spitzer gave a very authentic account of his experiences in key account management at Erdal. An important insight for the students into how what they learnt about vertical competition in the course actually works in “reals business life”. Thank you for the insightful presentation and of course for the goodies! From now on the students in the masters program can easily be identified by their bright and shiny sneakers polished with Erdal.
