CERR 2021 at Sophia Antipolis

The sixth edition of CERR (Colloquium on European Research in Retailing) was held on campus of SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis in the south of France this week. Professor Xavier Brusset and his team were perfect hosts to more than 70 researchers form 20 countries who presented their latest research findings on “Building Resilience in Retail for the Post-Covid World”.

Christina Holweg and Eva Lienbacher shared their research on „The Eco-System of Social Supermarkets – An Industry-specific CR-Initiative”. Cordula Cerha and Fabian Nindl presented a mixed-methods study on “Shopping in Times of Covid19 – Customer Interactions and Consumer Misbehaviour”.
