WU Guided Campus Tour

We are happy to organize a guided campus tour for groups of 10 or more students - Duration: approx. 90 minutes.

  • WU students will guide your class through our beautiful campus.

  • We will show you the library and let you take a look inside one of our lecture halls.

  • We will present our Bachelor's programs.

  • We will answer your questions about studying and student life.

 

We do not offer campus tours for agencies or similar institutions.
Our offers are for highschools and their students only.

Please note when booking

Campus visit

  • The campus visit is free of charge.

  • Please send your request at least 3 weeks before the desired date using the registration form (see below)..

  • Please note our exam prep weeks when booking! Unfortunately, library tours are not possible during these weeks. This applies to the following periods:

    • 09.11.2026  -  20.11.2026

    • 11.01.2027  -  22.01.2027

    • 12.04.2027  -  23.04.2027

    • 07.06.2027  -  18.06.2027

Procedure & confirmation

  •  The dates will be coordinated individually.

  •  Confirmation will only be sent as soon as we have firm confirmations for all program items.

  •  Please understand that processing may take a little longer in some cases - e.g. at the start of the semester or during exam periods.

Important! in case of changes

  • If your requirements change or you are no longer able to attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible at wuschool@wu.ac.at so that we can reschedule the event and avoid unnecessary additional work.
