This week at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), we had the privilege of welcoming Michael Obermaier from SAS as part of our Customer Value Managment course.

The focus of the talk was on the transformative power of personalization in the digital age and its critical role in enhancing customer loyalty and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Michael highlighted the shift towards an experience economy, emphasizing the necessity of seamless, omni-channel customer experiences and the strategic use of data analytics and AI for real-time personalization. Markus also gave us insights into successful case studies showcasing how leading companies are harnessing these strategies to foster growth and deepen customer relationships.
