The Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law WU Vienna is pleased to invite you to the Honorary Lecture of Prof. Yariv Brauner on the topic: "Taxing Work in the 21st Century" which will take place on November 30, 2026, 16:00 in Vienna at the Campus WU in the Ceremonial Hall 1 during the Conference Recent and Pending Cases at the Court of Justice of the European Union on Direct Taxation.

Professor Yariv Brauner has joined the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at WU as Professor on October 1, 2025. He is the Hugh Culverhouse Eminent Scholar Chair in Taxation and Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a position he has held since 2017. He previously served in academic roles at Arizona State University, Northwestern University, and New York University School of Law. His teaching and research focus on U.S. and international taxation, tax treaties, transfer pricing, tax policy, and international economic law. He holds a J.S.D. and LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University School of Law and an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
