Skill Session: Self-Leadership


The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you can learn practical body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities that support you different life and study contexts. 

ContextLeadership always begins with the self. Self-leadership is the practice to understand yourself better and to act with intention.  This Skill Session is for you if you want to act with more confidence in challenging moments and develop the ability to hold space for yourself and others.
Skills & Goals
  • Partner exercises to identify your triggers and learn to move out of a reactive state
  • Centering as basic practice for self-leadership
  • Inclusivity and openness as helpful aspects to improve self-leadership
