June Exam Week: Registration Period Ends on Wednesday, June 18, 12:00 noon

Due to the public holiday, the registration and deregistration period for the exam week in June ends on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 12:00 noon.
Late registrations are not possible without exception, so please check your registrations in LPIS under "Registration list " in time.

Apply for WU's German-Taught Master’s Programs by June 16, 2025

Would you like to start a Master's program at WU? We now accept applications for all German-taught master’s programs for the intake in the 2025/26 winter semester. You can apply online even if you have not finished your bachelor’s program yet. The application period ends on June 16, 2025.

The fall semester application period for the ENGAGE.EU Online Exchange Initiative (OEI) is just around the corner. Register now and benefit from international learning opportunities and academic exchange with students from different countries – all from the comfort of your own home.

The summer break will be here soon, and with it the summer opening hours of the International Office. In July and August, you can reach us at the following times:
By phone: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
In person: Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Extended Library Opening Hours Before Exams

We are happy that you enjoy using the library for studying. To provide the best possible support for your studies, the library will now be open even longer before exams.
Extended opening hours on study weekends: The Central Library will be open from 8am to 10pm (previously 8pm) on Saturdays and Study Sundays.
Two exam prep weeks before exams during the semester: The extended library opening hours now apply during the two designated exam prep weeks in the semester.
