Grading periods

The following periods apply to the grading of examinations and theses:

Grading of
exams and courses
 within four weeks after exam and/or completion of the course
bachelor theses
 within two months after submission, a written evaluation must also be provided
master theses
 within two months after submission, a written evaluation must also be provided
doctoral theses
 within four months after submission, a written evaluation must also be provided

Student viewing of examination documents

Students are entitled to view grading documentation (including exam questions) and examination reports for a period of six months from announcemet of the grades. Students have the right to make copies of the respective documents.

Please note: Students may not take copies of multiple-choice questions and answers.

Examination documents must be kept for at least one year after announcement of grades.
