The Observer has been monitoring the Austrian media since 1896. A lot has changed since then.  Florian Laszlo, CEO at Observer, showed us how the transformation of the media landscape and digitalization have affected media response analysis. He also made us familiar with his company's market research tools that measure brand trust, relevant set, brand loyalty and brand advocacy.
