Consumer Meet Up at A1
Together with A1, the Institute for Retailing & Data Science. conducted a study on customer centricity.
Customer centricity is a much-used buzzword. The consistent alignment of the company with the needs of current and potential customers is an important success factor - especially in a dynamic and volatile environment in which consumer behavior is constantly changing. In a large consumer study with a sample of 1,000 Austrians aged between 15 and 70, we analyzed the topic of customer orientation detached from all hypes, trends and myths.
The most important insights were presented at A1's first exclusive Consumer Meet Up and discussed in a subsequent talk with Natascha Kantauer-Gansch, Chief Customer Officer Consumer at A1, behavioral economist Gerhard Fehr and the invited guests. Cornelia Szedenik, Head of Consumer Communication at A1, expertly lead the Q&A.
