**Applies to students from WU partner universities that are nominated on non-exchange basis or students from partner / network universities (ENGAGE.EU, GBSN, PIM) who apply without prior nomination.

Participation in the ISU WU is also open to students from non-partner universities, if sufficient spots available. The fee for students from non-partner universities is EUR 1,656.

Nomination procedure for exchange students:

If your home university is a WU partner university, you can be officially nominated by your home university by March 15, 2024. The responsible coordinators of WU partner universities are asked to contact isuwu@wu.ac.at to receive the nomination form.

Please note that accommodation is not included in the fee. Students are asked to book accommodation on their own. WU provides accommodation suggestions but students are not bound to these options.

If students cancel their participation until June 3, 2024, the International Office reserves the right to withhold a service fee of € 250.

If students cancel their participation after June 3, 2024, the International Office will not refund any portion of the participation fee.

Please also note that the recipient will be responsible for paying any transfer fees that may arise from a cancellation and subsequent request for a refund.

Please note that the cancellation terms of the accommodation provider should be considered separately.

Courses:

- Business courses with an international perspective

- Course materials

- Company visits and expert talks

- WiFi on campus

- Internet access on campus, use of WU's library, PC-rooms, eLearning services, and language resource center

- Grade certificate

Transport/meals:

- Coffee and lunch (Monday through Friday on lecture days)

- Public transportation ticket within Vienna for the whole duration of the session

Selected cultural and social events such as:

- Opening and closing event

- Intercultural evening

- Vienna city tour

- Support from the ISU^WU team

The total fee can be paid via bank transfer to WU's bank account within two weeks of receiving the acceptance email (all information on this option can be found in the acceptance email). Due to safety reasons (online data piracy), WU recommends this payment form.

The total fee can also be paid via credit card. Students will receive the payment link in the acceptance email. WU accepts credit card payments from card-holders of the following credit card companies: Master Card, VISA, Diners Club and American Express. Please be aware that submitting personal and credit card data online is on your own risk – possible risk factors: data transfer, data loss, piracy.
