On 4 December 2025, Dr. Everist Limaj from the Institute for Information Management and Control (IMC) was invited as a guest speaker at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BHF Bern), Business School, Institute for Digital Technology Management in Switzerland. His lecture, titled “Emerging Technologies and Modern Agile Organizations”, addressed how digital innovation and new ways of organizing as a business shape contemporary organizational development.

Throughout the lecture, Dr. Limaj brought together established theoretical foundations, recent research developments, and insights from organizational practice. He highlighted how the changing landscape in which businesses operate is transforming organizational structures and discussed pathways for embedding innovation, agility, and resilience into organizational strategies.

The session concluded by offering participants illustrations of how organizations can strategically configure their change initiatives and make informed decisions to advance agile transformation and thrive in rapidly evolving environments.
