To start the semester on a good foot, old and new SEEP students mingled to participate in the 9^th Vienna Wine Hiking Day. The Danube provides optimal climatic conditions for growing wine: Vienna’s 700 hectares of vineyards and 190 wine growers in the areas around Kahlenberg, Nussberg, Bisamberg, and Mauer are unique among major cities. The Vienna Wine Hiking Day is held every year in September, on various routes leading through vineyards in the Vienna woods. Cellars and Viennese Heurigen along the way open their doors and allow visitors to sample the local produce.

A great opportunity for our students to get know each other and spend a sunny Sunday afternoon outside!
