Online WORKSHOP | Learning to use stress and fear as creative and productiv energies

ContextUncertainties and insecurities are part of our lives. This fact has in recent times become impossible to ignore. Our bodies often respond to such circumstances with stress and emotional overwhelm.Offering an introduction and first practical steps of how to use stress and emotions in a kind, creative, productive and self-affirming way to be able to find your path in life is the aim of this workshop.This is a practice-oriented workshop and participation is welcome and expected.
Skills/Contents
  • Brief overview of how the nervous system works and what we need to use stress productively and
  • Analyzing a stressful real-life situation that allows you to identify your strengths and weaknesses
  • Simple, body-based practices to increase your embodied self-awareness for self-empowerment in high-pressure situations.
  • A simple breathing technique to self-regulate the nervous system to calm down and be able to rest
