Skill Session: Mastering emotional triggers


The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextAn emotion is movement energy and it offers us direction. When we get triggered, however, we can feel overwhelmed, surprised or anxious and we may lose the ability to react adequately and in a healthy way. This Skill Session aims at offering pathways how you can shift out of overwhelm and towards emotional clarity.

  • Simple body-based exercises to regulate the nervous system
  • Self-reflection to identify emotional triggers and corresponding anchor points in the body
  • Working with the Emotional Compass
