Daniels research focusses on public sector employment as part of a project by the Vienna Chamber of Labor. Daniel studies the potential of a public job guarantee in terms of full employment, poverty reduction and the distribution of income and time. In his research, he uses a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative interviews with microsimulations. Daniel completed his Master of Science in Economic Theory & Policy at the Levy Economics Institute of Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY, USA and is also studying International Development Studies at the University of Vienna.
