There is a surge of interest in data analytics among strategic management researchers and practitioners. Data analytics is the process of deriving insights from large amounts of data. It can support executives in their strategic decision-making, improve the organization design process, and enable innovation. In this webinar, we will discuss how data analytics activities can support strategic processes and organization design as well as the challenges it entails. Our two speakers, Phanish Puranam and Weiru Chen, will share their insights on this topic, followed by a discussion with the audience.
