The Academy of Management (AOM) is the preeminent professional association for management and organization scholars. Founded in 1936, the global community today is nearly 18,000 strong and spans over 120 countries. AOM members meet annually. This year Richard Olbrecht, Jan Fell, Thomas Pannermayr, Klaus Marhold, Shtefi Mladenovska had the opportunity to attend this conference in Boston.
