E&I alumna Cornelia Daniel awarded as Österreicherin des Jahres 2020

Cornelia Daniel is the founder of Dachgold. The company advises corporates on the best way to employ solar power systems (both photovoltaic and solar thermal).

For about nine years she brought an idea to life: Her initiative Tausendundein Dach pursues the goal to equip company roofs in Austria with solar cells. Until now, the initiative could already fit 613 roofs with this alternative source of energy and it will continue to do so. Therefore, Cornelia was awarded as Österreicherin des Jahres 2020 in the category Klimainitiative.

We are proud to see how our alumna shows how an entrepreneurial mindset can start a change.
