ECAS event on European Citizens' Initiative

On March 19, 2013 the European Citizen Action Service organised an event to review the introduction phase of the new European Citizens' Initiative (Reg 211/2011). The main focus was on how well it is suited to the needs of the civil society. Here the link to the event and the presentation by Alexander Prosser.
