Position at IIB, other positions and academic career

Mihaela joined the Institute of International Business as a Teaching and Research Associate in October 2021. She earned a master’s degree in Business and Law in International Markets from Anglo-American University (AAU), Prague, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Marketing and Communications from the same university. When starting her master’s studies, she was accepted into an MA Fellowship program, during which she became involved in research, and reached her first academic publication in early 2019. Before joining the institute, Mihaela worked as a Program Coordinator, as well as Research Coordinator at AAU.

Research interest

Mihaela’s research interests include corporate social responsibility and the impact of the pandemic on this field, specifically focusing on the pharmaceutical industry.
