Study of economics at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, the Technical University of Dresden (TU) and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU). 1998-2005 EU Research Fellow (TMR/Marie Curie Grant), university assistant and research associate at the Interdisciplinary Department of Behavioral Management and the Institute "Gender and Diversity in Organizations". 2003 PhD on “Career patterns in management: Pierre Bourdieu's social theory as a starting point for a gender-specific consideration”. From 2005 to 2018 lecture at the Institute as well as in the fields of social competence (business education) and intercultural training. Anett is a certified systemic coach and founded her own organizational consultancy in 2012. Since 2019, she has been working as an assistant professor/university assistant post doc.
Research and Teaching Interests
Anett’s research and teaching is about gender- and diversity in organizations, especially on diversity in teams, furthermore on career management in the academic field. She teaches undergraduates and graduates. Currently, Anett is engaged in a project on mobile working.
