Short CV:

Mag. Jina Kim-Prunera studied Handeslwissenschaften at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. After completing her studies, she worked for a Japanese multinational company in Vienna before being transferred to the company’s European headquarters in Amsterdam and later to London. After 23 years of professional experience in Amsterdam and London, she has been living and working in Vienna again since 2023.

She has more than 25 years of experience in the international corporate world – both in senior management positions and as an external consultant. In her leadership roles, she was responsible for marketing communications across various industries, developed marketing strategies, and held financial accountability. Furthermore, she led culturally diverse teams and managed stakeholders across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

In 2009, she founded her own company in London, specializing in intercultural diversity and competence, global teams, and leadership coaching for international organizations. Jina Kim-Prunera is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, she teaches as a lecturer at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and at Johannes Kepler University Linz. In her teaching, she places particular emphasis on helping students connect theoretical knowledge with practical business experience.
