Short CV:

Mag. Jina Kim-Prunera studied Handelswissenschaften at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. She worked for a Japanese multinational in Vienna before she was transferred by the company to its European headquarter in Amsterdam and later on to London. After 23 years of living and working in Amsterdam and London, she recently moved back to Vienna.

Jina has 25 years of work experience in the corporate world, working both internally and as an external consultant. In her corporate management roles, she was responsible for marketing communications in various industries developing marketing strategy, creating brands, and supervising finances. She led culturally diverse teams and managed senior stakeholders across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

In 2009, she founded her own company in London, specialising on intercultural diversity, global teams and executive coaching for her international clients. Jina is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) awarded by the International Coaching Foundation (IFC).

In addition to her business focus, she works as a lecturer in the academia, helping students connect theoretical knowledge with business realities.
