Shaping Diversity, Living Responsibility

In the winter semester 2025, our students are once again engaging in exciting diversity implementation projects in cooperation with organizations that live up to their social responsibility and actively promote diversity. As part of one of these projects in the winter semester of 2025, students are collaborating with the organization Raiffeisen Campus. The Raiffeisen Campus is the central educational institution of the Raiffeisen Group in Austria and offers around 350 courses per year for participants from all regions, sectors and divisions. In this project, four students groups are working on two research questions in order to support the organization’s diversity strategy. A highlight of this project is a guided tour of the Raiffeisen Campus, as well as the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the organization through discussions with the Managing Director and education managers. The second project focuses on the topic of pension literacy. The initiative “MÜP – Mütter-Pensionsrechnung”, developed by Romana Leodolter, is being scientifically accompanied as part of the implementation project at our institute. The name “Mütter-Pensionsrechnung” stands symbolically for all those who provide care work and take financial responsibility. The aim is to explore ways in which information about pension systems and pension literacy can be communicated in a clear, fair, and diversity-sensitive manner.
