Challenges of Spirituality for Knowledge Management:

Spirituality impacts Knowledge Management (KM) in its core of decision-making. Although in economics decision-making is treated as a fully rational process, in management it is influenced by the emotions and cultural values. Organizational spirituality contains all the significant cultural and ethical values which power organizational culture and the decision-making process. Thus, spirituality makes the difference between management and anti-management, between a neutral knowledge management and a responsible knowledge management.
