Specialization: Business Training

The specialization Business Training (formerly known als Business Training & Education Management) combines two essential areas of competence:

  1. economic competency and

  2. pedagogical-didactic competency

  3.

This is the USP (unique selling proposition) of this specialization: you learn how to explain economic content and context to others and to develop their skills. This way, students acquire skills that are extremely valuable for many companies in in-house training, personnel management and when consulting clients.

In order to be able to document the skills acquired as part of the specialization when applying for jobs - which essentially correspond to a train-the-trainer course - particularly successful graduates have the opportunity to apply for a Business Trainer Certificate after completing their Bachelor's degree.
