IT Support Center

The IT Sup­port Center serves as a cent­ral point of con­tact for WU em­ploy­ees and stu­dents with IT re­lated ques­tions. Here you can sub­mit a Help­desk or Hot­line re­quest and ques­tions are im­me­di­ately answered and ideally also solved. If a ques­tion can­not be solved right away, it will be for­war­ded to the ap­pro­pri­ate IT di­vi­sions. In ad­di­tion, loaner equip­ment (e.g. laptop com­puters and note­books) can be bor­rowed dur­ing open­ing hours and the print­ing ac­count for the PC labs can be re­charged.

The IT Sup­port Center provides sup­port in ques­tions regard­ing the fol­low­ing is­sues:

Em­ployee cell phones are also picked up and re­turned at the IT Sup­port Center. In ad­di­tion, we are also re­spons­ible for the ini­tial con­fig­ur­a­tion of your cell phones (if re­ques­ted).
