IT Support Center
The IT Support Center serves as a central point of contact for WU employees and students with IT related questions. Here you can submit a Helpdesk or Hotline request and questions are immediately answered and ideally also solved. If a question cannot be solved right away, it will be forwarded to the appropriate IT divisions. In addition, loaner equipment (e.g. laptop computers and notebooks) can be borrowed during opening hours and the printing account for the PC labs can be recharged.
The IT Support Center provides support in questions regarding the following issues:
Rent-a-Notebook - rental of laptop computers and notebooks (fee-based service)
ReserWUtion - loaner equipment for courses (free of charge)
Creating a new account password
Employee cell phones are also picked up and returned at the IT Support Center. In addition, we are also responsible for the initial configuration of your cell phones (if requested).

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get a new password?
If you have registered a mobile phone in the Controlpanel, you can easily reset your account password without any help.
If not, visit us in the IT Support Center with a photo ID.
Please note that passwords and login data cannot be passed on via telephone.
Picking up / returning employee cell phones - what do I need to know?
The new employee cell phone can be picked up personally at the IT Support Center at a previously agreed time. We also support you in setting up Wi-Fi and email.
On returning the old employee cell phone, we need your personal PIN to reset the device.
