IT Support Center
The IT Support Center serves as a central point of contact for WU employees and students with IT-related questions. Support requests and hotline inquiries are first processed here and personal support is provided. During opening hours, you can get assistance in person with questions about your WU account and related IT services at WU.
Support Services
The IT Support Center provides support in questions regarding the following issues:
ReserWUtion - loaner equipment for courses (free of charge)
Creating a new account password
Employee cell phones are also picked up and returned at the IT Support Center. In addition, we are also responsible for the initial configuration of your cell phones (if requested).
Students are offered the following additional services:
Recharging the printing account for the PC labs
Troubleshooting of the Self-Service Terminals in front of the Study Service Center
