The In­sti­tute for In­form­a­tion Busi­ness con­ducts re­search in this area with a spe­cific fo­cus on busi­ness pro­cess man­age­ment, know­ledge man­age­ment, de­cision sup­port sys­tems, and the se­mantic web.
