Dr. Dorothee Horvath

Before joining the E&I Team in 2024, Dorothee completed her doctoral studies at the Technical University of Darmstadt, where she also worked as a research associate and taught courses on market, advertising, and consumer psychology, organizational and business psychology, motivation and leadership, and empirical management- and organizational research. She also taught courses at the Europa-Universität Flensburg and Hochschule Fresenius and spent a research stay at the National University of Singapore in 2017. Dorothee holds a master’s degree in Organizational and Business Psychology from the Technical University of Darmstadt and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary). During her studies, she also spent a year at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield (UK).
