As an Operations Associate (part-time, 20 h/week, hybrid in Vienna), you’ll support fynk in key areas such as Funding & Finance (e.g., grant applications, invoicing, reporting), People & Culture (onboarding, team events), and Office Management, helping to improve internal processes along the way. You should have strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and good command of both German and English; previous experience in operations, HR, or accounting is a plus.
