Language learning in corona summer. Part 4: Staycation

Language learning during staycation

[Translate to English:] Stephansdom

A good way to improve our language skills is a trip to the target country. But travelling is a bit tricky during a pandemic that’s why we have collected tips on how to practice your language skills and get to know the target culture while being in Vienna:

Discover Italian gelaterias (our favourite: Leones, https://leones.at/, but there are plenty of others, Turkish supermarkets (watch out for branches of Aycan or Etsan), French bistros and cafés in the ninth district around the lycee francais (for instance Café francais - ), Chinese restaurants (our Chinese teacher recommends Ostwind in 1070).

And if you prefer to stay in your flat, you can attend many sights via virtual tours and train your listening and reading skills at the same time;
