24/7 [Digital]

Digital support for the caregiving network in 24-hour care

24/7

The primary goal of 24/7-Digital is to develop, test, and evaluate a comprehensive, phase-oriented digital support system for the caregiving network in 24-hour care (care recipients, relatives, 24-hour care providers, caregiving experts, and agencies).

The 24/7 services are aligned with the phases of the 24-hour care cycle (Phase 1: On-boarding/transition, Phase 2: Care, Phase 3: Phasing-out/handover). This is intended to facilitate smooth starts and transitions between 24-hour care providers. Additionally, the system allows for remote support. An interactive translation and language function is also provided to facilitate mutual understanding among all stakeholders. ELGA interfaces are planned. With 24/7-Digital, the aim is to fill gaps in the portfolios of caregiving and support software providers.
