I apply for a waiver of the paricipation fee (amounting to EUR 2.000,-)

To be eligible for a waiver please upload a short text indicating why you want to participate in the program, most relevant and recent certificates of your university, a letter of recommendation and your Curriculum Vitae (see invitation).

Please note that only full-time students and students employed as
university teaching and/or research assistants from CEE countries are eligible for a fee waiver.

I apply for a subsidy of my travel expenses (ECONOMY only!)

Please note that subsidies can only be granted up to the amount applied for and approved by us in advance.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the program by bank transfer against presentation of the original (!!) boarding passes / electronic ticket and original invoice.

Please make sure to choose the most economic means of transportation.

Information about the bank details for the transfer of this charge will be provided upon acceptance to the CEE Summer School 2026.

I am a full-time student not employed outside of university

If you are successful, you will be informed by e-mail until the end of May 2026.

Regarding accommodation, we have made a block booking at IBIS BUDGET WIEN MESSE for the following average rate per night (incl. breakfast):
Single room EUR 98,00
Double room EUR 110,50

You will receive further information on this if you are accepted to the seminar.

We would like to inform you that photos and/or videos will be taken at this event. They will be used to provide information about the Institute's activities on the website, social media channels and print materials.
