Special collection of the Library for Law (D3S) - Tax Law

Picture of the special collection D3S

The special collection of the Library for Law is located in our institute on the second floor of building D3 and is available to you during all institute opening hours, including during semester and summer breaks as well as on lecture-free days. This special collection location is a strictly on-site library. Borrowing books is not possible, as approximately 300 colleagues use it intensively each year to prepare presentations, seminar papers, bachelor's and master's theses, as well as dissertations. This ensures that everyone has access to the necessary literature at all times.

The D3S library specializes in tax law but also addresses other areas of law such as international law, corporate law, and methodology. If you are looking for a specific work and its location, you can find the book signature by searching the WU library catalog (https://www.wu.ac.at/en/library). Additionally, a scanner is available on-site, allowing you to scan works for free and either send them via email or save them to a USB stick. You are also welcome to use the library as a study location, with tables available by the windows of the library.

If you have any questions regarding the use of the library or its collection, the junior researchers at the entrance of the library will be happy to assist you.
