2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process the personal data you provide when subscribing to our newsletter solely for the purpose of sending newsletters and information about the activities, events, publications, and updates from the Institute for International Political Economy.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without providing the required information, newsletter delivery is not possible.

We use Mailingwork as our newsletter service provider for managing subscriptions and sending newsletters.
Mailingwork processes personal data on our behalf pursuant to Article 28 GDPR and only in accordance with our instructions.
The processing generally takes place within the European Union.
7. Storage Duration
Your personal data will be stored for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter.
After unsubscribing or withdrawing your consent, your data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply or storage is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Evidence of consent may be retained for the duration of applicable limitation periods.
8. Newsletter Analytics
Our newsletters may contain technologies that allow us to analyze whether newsletters are opened and which links are clicked. This information helps us improve our newsletter content and communication.
